Justin Sun’s speech on TRON ecosystem

For my presentation for the TRON Ecosystem, it's OK on the OKX main stage. So it's really good for me to introduce to you again recent TRON Ecosystem development. And we have lots of super exciting things happening in our ecosystem, you know, and let's deep dive into it.

First of all, I think this year, we are still very focused on stablecoin infrastructure. That's what we do best in the industry. At the same time, we want to get exposure to institutions to ensure users among all major countries, because we think that's very important for massive crypto adoption. That's why I give three cases here.

First of all, we can see TRON ETPs, including TRON Staking ETF, filed in the United States and pending approval. Also, of course, we collaborate with the publicly listed company TRON Inc. in the United States on launching the TRX treasury company TRON Inc. I think the company is very lucky to get TRON ticker on NASDAQ. Also, this is the first time I'm attending the NASDAQ bell-ringing ceremony and lucky to have a trophy from NASDAQ. Everybody on NASDAQ has won, including NVIDIA and Apple. Of course, I got one too. I think it's a kind of representation for me in the new race. But this time it's not crypto against crypto anymore. It's crypto projects against NVIDIA and Apple. We need to do a good run.

Also, I am very happy to see experiments. It is worth mentioning that the U.S. Department of Commerce chose TRON as one of the blockchains to publish their GDP data every quarter. I think it's very important to see usage of the blockchain, not only for financial transactions but also for data storage and Oracle replacement.

Let's check the overall data on the TRON blockchain. Now we have 335 million user accounts and keep growing. By the end of the year, we probably will have 350 million users. Looking at next year, our growth rate is around 100 million users added every year. With blockchain and crypto expansion, we look forward to seeing more users coming onto the blockchain.

The circulating market cap for TRON is about $31 billion, around 40% increase compared to Q1. Also, we scored around $1 billion in Q1 and Q2 revenue. These are great financial numbers, but to me, it's a little worrisome because I don't want users to pay too much cost. That's why in Q3, the TRON Super Representative community decided to cut the TRON network fee by 60%. Even if there is short-term impact on revenue, overall experience can encourage more users and more people coming into the TRON ecosystem along with several major products launching on the TRON blockchain.

This is the largest fee reduction since the founding of the TRON network in 2017. The TRON network fees are generally stable, but since TRON price has grown a lot in the last four to five years, the Super Representative community is watching closely to provide competitive fee rates for everyone using our network.

I think it also has the brand S-U-N on the front. It's a good brand for the product. With SunPerp launched on the platform, we have the whole ecosystem: SoundPump, Sound.io, DAX trading system, and JustLend, a very large lending protocol used by everyone in the ecosystem. JustLend will also launch a new curation mode in Q4, allowing more people to create their pools freely with stablecoins and tokens on the TRON blockchain.

The largest volume comes from USDT, around $25 billion. This year, we have also grown other stablecoins on the blockchain, such as USDD, USD1, and PayPal USD—all launched on the TRON blockchain. We are also focused on the USDT trend growth. Right now, TRON is number one among all blockchain networks for USDT in terms of transaction volume and daily active users. This year, daily transaction volume is very stable, around $22 billion, sometimes reaching $30–40 billion.

We collaborated with major players, such as Tether, TRM Labs, and Binance, to launch the T3 Financial Crime Union, which is important for regulators to combat illicit activities on the TRON blockchain. This initiative has support from law enforcement worldwide, including the United States, Spain, and Brazil.

Decentralization on TRON is very important. Any individual organization can pay a small fee—today, 3,000 TRX to become validators for the Super Representative nodes. Among all network validators, strong brands include Google Cloud, Binance, Kraken, OKEx, Nansen, Lugano, Kinley, and Upright. This makes the TRON network one of the most decentralized and strong-branded blockchain ecosystems.

This is a good foundation for developers around the world to build products on TRON. We have upcoming collaborations, including with MetaMask, which will launch a new TRON version. Other important partners will be announced in Q4.

I want to give a little spoiler: we are going to launch an AI product in Q4, which will be very strong. I can't say much about the product since there will be a conference about it, but it will be a very strong AI-driven product with a big use case on TRON. Stay tuned, and thank you, everyone.
